Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

Return Window: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange, or within 30 days for a full refund to your original payment method.

Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are missing tags.

Final Sale Items: Sale items, intimates, and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return: Email us at hello@karlieelizabeth.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
